Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:



If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact HeidiCollection.com representative within 5 business day of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized by HeidiCollection.com

We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization number (RA#). No exceptions.

Be sure that your RA# is clearly written somewhere on the box or it will be refused.
Any garment received by air on Friday or Saturday, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for return postage. All shipping charges are non refundable.

In order to make a return, goods must be shipped back the next business day after it is received by customer. For example: If you receive the package on Monday, January 3 package must be returned on Tuesday January 4.

The returned item must be unworn and in the same condition upon leaving our warehouse with all the original tags attached. If there are signs of usage or if the tags are missing, the merchandise will not be refunded and deemed a final sale.

Exchange Policy for Accessories:



There are NO RETURNS or exchanges on personalized items, dolls, guess books, bibles, photo albums, pillows, or bouquets unless damaged or defective. You have 2 days from the day you receive your order (according to UPS tracking information) to contact us via phone,fax, or email regarding returns and exchanges. If you send a package back without an approved authorization, no credit will be issued and no exchanges will be allowed.

Exchanges for a different product or style will be charged the appropriate additional charges and shipping fees. You must pay for all return shipping fees. We do not reimburse any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee may apply to the returned items. Damaged, altered, or used merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us for any problems including returns and exchanges as soon as possible. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible about our return and exchange policy!

Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. Please ship your return merchandise authorization number with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost packages or damages items during transit. Collect shipments will be refused.
