SHIPPING POLICY:

Heidi Collection has a FREE ground shipping on select items. Promotional offer only valid on eligible items. Look for
the "FREE SHIPPING" text on eligible items. Other items in your shopping cart are not eligible are subject to
shipping charges. This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, exchange, group
sale, nor is this promotional offer valid on previous purchases. Only applies to order to be shipped via standard
ground shipping to a valid address in the United States. This promotional offer is not available for shipments to
APO/FPO addresses or P. O boxes. Additional exclusions may apply. Customer responsible for all shipping costs
on returned merchandise. Shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout. This promotional offer is only
available at www.heidicollection.com We ship all orders by UPS ONLY.
Free shipping is not available for international customers.

Production:
Orders can take anywhere from 4-10 business days to be received. We make every effort to ship by the following
business day. Dolls, guess books, bibles, pillows photo albums need extra 6 days for production.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact a heidicollection.com representative within 1 business day of
receiving your order.

All returns must be authorized by heidicollection.com

We will not accept returns with out a RA#. No exceptions.

Be sure that your RA# is clearly written somewhere on the box or it will be refused.

Any garment received by air on Friday or Saturday, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer is responsible for return postage. All shipping charges are non refundable.

In order to make a return, goods must be shipped back the next business day after it is received by customer. For
example, if you receive the package at noon on Monday, January 3 package must be returned by mail on Tuesday
January 4.

The returned item must be unworn and in the same condition upon leaving our warehouse with all the original tags
attached. If there are signs of usage or if the tags are missing, the merchandise will not be refunded and deemed a
final sale.

Exchange Policy for accessories:

There are NO RETURNS or exchanges on personalized items, dolls, guess books, bibles, photo albums, pillows, or
bouquets unless damaged or defective.
You have 2 days from the day you receive your order (according to UPS tracking information) to contact us via phone,
fax, or email regarding returns and exchanges. If you send a package back without an approved authorization, no
credit will be issued and no exchanges will be allowed.

Exchanges for a different product or style will be charged the appropriate additional charges and shipping fees. You
must pay for all return shipping fees. We do NOT reimburse any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee may apply
to the returned items. Damaged, altered, or used merchandise may NOT be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us for any problems including returns and exchanges as soon as possible. We want you to feel as
comfortable as possible about our return and exchange policy!

Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. Please ship your return merchandise authorization form with
tracking information. We are not responsible lost packages or damages items during transit. Collect shipments will
be refused.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Master Card, and money orders. If mailing a money order or cashier check, orders are processed
once funds have been received and verified. Sorry, no personal checks.
